Sri Mariamman Temple

Lionel visited the Sri Mariamman Temple @ 3am in the morning just to take pictures! I was told the crowds were maddening. Everyone was pushing everyone else and no one actually got upset with any one.

This little goodie bag was what he got from all the jostling! And it contained a smaller paper pack (see blog entry below).

Blessings in a Bag

3 packs of something that came in a paper bag. Appears to me like the powdery stuff you "thumbprint" onto your forehead... for blessings? *shrugged*
